Breathwalk involves several stages that help us to enhance our physical, emotional and spiritual fitness.
Breathing and walking comprise two of our simplest activities, yet they are also two of our most powerful actions. Inspired by kundalini yoga, by bringing them together in a systematic and meditative way, we can enhance our physical, emotional and spiritual fitness. I will be guiding some breathwalks in the Bois de la Cambre and Foret de Soignes Brussels woods in May and June. Our in-person and online Kundalini Yoga and Meditation sessions provide a regular opportunity to bring body, mind and soul into renewed connection through various tools and techniques :

These sessions usually have a theme where we work on one aspect of the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. For example: developing intuition, prosperity, anger, immunity, glandular balance, detoxification …. The session usually comprises a warm up, a Kundalini Yoga Kriya (transformative yoga), pranayama and mantra meditation. There is a 45 minutes gong immersion at the end of the session to relax, regenerate and restore your physical, mental and other bodies.
Monday & Wednesday evening and Saturday morning in June, July and September when weather allows. We have a WhatsApp group to confirm if class will be indoors or outdoors.

What to bring and how to prepare:
For all sessions, we recommend that you wear flexible clothing preferably in natural fabrics (cotton, linen). Layers that can be removed when warm and put back on during relaxation and meditation. A pair of socks also is useful.
